The greatest force in your life

For most people, average to good health is a given. An assumption often taken for granted. For some people, the circumstances that define healthy living are more complex and more challenging. For others, life becomes a series of bad days to mediocre days where anything positive is cherished and savored. Regardless of where you are or where you are starting, the ongoing quality of your health is one of the few things you have control over. Externally, there is very little that you can change or even modify. Within you is the ability to change everything. Even when life wants to claim every bit of hope and resolve you have, every minute of every day offers you the opportunity for abundant transformation. It is up to you. You are the determining factor in your health.

Improving your health can be easy. It can be simple. It can be anyway you want it to be. Notice your present health situation. Really, examine it. Look to see what works and what you want changed. Next, take note of where you want to be health wise. Considering your lifestyle, how do you get from here to there? Determine what you want and what works for you. Running 10 miles every morning might be a goal for some and walking 5 minutes may be a goal that is just as challenging for someone else. Avoiding soda every day may be a good goal for your neighbor and cutting back from drinking five sodas a day to three is all you can or want to do. Remember, it is up to you. When taking all the variables of your life into consideration, only you can judge what works best. You are the greatest force in your life….remember that.

Here’s to the Health of your Life.
