Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, subject and message. We use this only to reply to you and to help with scheduling. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from a real person.
Please don’t send detailed health or medical information through the website form or by email. We’re happy to talk through your health history by phone or in person at your appointment. Patient and treatment records are kept separately from this website and are not covered by this policy.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. This helps us improve the site. We don’t use it to identify you personally, and we don’t use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
